After defining with the client the objective of the operational support and the expected result we prepare the support session with the participant.
This preparation is done par phone, assessment quizz, theoritical inputs such as support sessions devoted solely to the operational aspect.
Support: These are observations sessions, interviews, de-briefing, brainstorming. The duration of the support sessions is estimated during the preparation and agreed during the first support sessions.
We recommend several short sessions instead of few long sessions. At the end of the support sessions the de-briefing is done with a prepared corresponding document that includes suggested solutions, results achieved,progress plan of each participant, his/her commitment and the ways and means to continue to grow.
A hot line or hot mail for a period of 3 months (freely available) with capable experts ready to provide answers to questions of the participant.
